Zaleo Rosé Veronese IGT

Made from the best grapes from the south-eastern part of Lake Garda, it is a young, persistent and lively wine that brings the fragrance and freshness of roses into the glass. Its fragrance is always ensured thanks to the vine closure.
Grape Variety
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other vines.
Vineyard (geographical location and characteristics)
The vineyards have an average age of 15 years, with indigenous vines over 30. The soils are red and brown on marl of Cretaceous age and compact red soils on Eocene limestone.
Vinification
The ‘rosé vinification’ method is used; after crushing and destemming, the marc remains in contact for only one night, with subsequent separation of the flower must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C and continues for about 12 days. The wine is then decanted and left to mature as long as necessary in stainless steel. After bottling, a short rest in the bottle follows.
Zaleo Rosè & Cuisine
