Garganega Verona IGT

This is a wine that has found ideal soil and climate in the province of Verona, where it expresses its full potential, thanks to the prized Garganega grape. The bouquet is reminiscent of elderflower, freshly sprouted white wild flowers, accompanied by balsamic notes. The taste has the typical elegance of the vineyard.

Vineyard (geographical location and characteristics)
The vineyards are located in the Verona area, the typical cradle of this grape variety. The age varies from 10 to 30 years. The hilly soils, rich in mineral substances, are predominantly clayey in nature.
Vinification
Once in the cellar, the grapes are immediately sent to vinification: after crushing and a rapid cold maceration, they are pressed by means of soft pressing. The must is fermented at a temperature between 16 and 18° C to preserve the floral and balsamic character as much as possible.
