Red Biologic Corvina Veronese IGT

Red wine made from soft-pressed Corvina grapes grown in the province of Verona from organic farming. Fruity and spicy aroma with pleasant tertiary notes. Dry, full and fine taste.

Vineyard (geographical location and characteristics)
The vineyards are located in the western area of the province of Verona. The soil is characterised by its calcareous and gravelly terrain, from which the salient features of this wine derive.
Vinification
On arrival in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. The must and marc are fermented in special temperature-controlled tanks for about 15 days, with temperatures ranging from 18 to 20 °C and soft cap breaking device, until complete extraction of aromas and colour without the need for pressing. This is followed by proper ageing in stainless steel and a short stay in large oak casks before bottling.
Corvina & Cuisine
It is ideal with pasta dishes, with cured meats in general and fresh cheeses; whenever possible use it in the preparation of the dishes themselves.
