Aldebrut Spumante Metodo Charmat

A sparkling wine with straw-yellow hues and fine, persistent perlage. The taste is lively yet creamy with an aftertaste of fruity and floral fragrances. Prominent are the aromas of yellow wild flowers as well as fresh notes of white-fleshed fruit.
Grape Variety
Garganega, Chardonnay and other grapes to complement.
Vineyard (geographical location and characteristics)
The vineyards are located in the Veronese hills. The basaltic and volcanic soils are rich in minerals that contribute to a complex olfactory-gustative profile that is complex, fragrant and fresh as well as persistent.
Vinification
Fermentation in autoclave at controlled medium-low temperatures between 14° and 18°. In order to obtain the elegant aroma and fine perlage that characterises AldeBrut, the stay on the yeasts is prolonged with daily bâtonnage.
Sparkling Wine & Cuisine
Excellent as an aperitif and quick snacks. Ideal with grilled meats, scallops au gratin, soups and fish risottos. Appetising with beef tartare, crudités such as carpaccio of tuna, sea bass and oysters.
